Damhoff named October Employee of the Month at 澳门六合彩历史记录

MACOMB, IL 鈥 Jeffrey Damhoff, the webmaster in Electronic Student Services, has been named the 澳门六合彩历史记录 Al & Elaine Goldfarb Civil Service Employee of the Month for October.

Damhoff, who was hired in April 2007 as a web specialist II in Electronic Student Services, became the webmaster in January 2010.

According to his nominator, Damhoff 鈥渏uggles many high demand tasks.鈥

鈥淗e isn鈥檛 afraid to try new methodologies and improve applications to make them better,鈥 his nominators said. 鈥淗e is always willing to provide modifications to the websites to enable better access and usability.鈥

Damhoff recently started a large project to convert the entire University credit card system to Paypal.

鈥淭his required an excessive amount of additional work beyond the normal workload of the position,鈥 his nominators said. 鈥淒espite working a lot of excess hours, he took everything in stride while providing good service and a good attitude.鈥

While off work for his wedding, Damhoff continued to respond to e-mails and handled a pressing situation even though he was away from his office.

In August 2010, the Goldfarbs established an endowment to permanently fund the University's Civil Service Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year awards. The Goldfarb endowment is used to fund a $100 award for the recipient of the Civil Service Employee of the Month, as well as a plaque and $500 in Macomb Chamber of Commerce gift certificates for the Civil Service Employee of the Year.
