澳门六合彩历史记录 JIDE to Host 'Remember 9/11' Event

MACOMB, IL - - The 澳门六合彩历史记录 Office of Justice, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (JIDE) will host 鈥淧atriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance鈥� from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday, Sept. 11 in the JIDE Office located in University Union, suite 110.

鈥淲e are reminded, inspired and most of all connected by our past,鈥� 澳门六合彩历史记录 Legal Services Specialist Leann Walters said. 鈥淚n 鈥楻emember 9/11,鈥� we will learn more about a day filled with horrific acts, selfless heroism and the coming together of people from all backgrounds to face what was a defining moment in U.S. history and world history.鈥�

The event will include a viewing of 鈥淲hat We Saw,鈥� the full-length coverage of the disaster by CBS News. Additionally, books will be on display and a powerpoint presentation of newspaper clippings of the day and day after. Join JIDE in honoring the memories of the 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001.
