Just Hired: Madison Butts

Just Hired! Through the experiences of local, regional, national and international students, 澳门六合彩历史记录 has some incredible alumni who are changing the world in the workforce. This series will feature students from all over the world who are hired post-graduation.
MACOMB/MOLINE, IL - - Meet Madison Butts, a Spring 2024 graduate of Supply Chain Management, who recently accepted a position at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).
"ADM is a Fortune 500 company specializing in agriculture," Butts said. "They purchase and transport crops, connecting farmers to consumers and touching millions of lives daily, which is cool."
The interview process for Butts started with an internship that she acquired at the Summer 鈥�23 Internship Fair at 澳门六合彩历史记录 through the Career Center.
鈥淔ollowing the internship, I was immediately offered a job, and I gladly accepted,鈥� Butts continued.
When asked how her degree prepared her for the workforce, Butts responded with the knowledge she gained in transportation and negotiation.
鈥淭wo things helped me find out what I wanted to do,鈥� Butts said. 鈥淭hese two skills I learned will continue to help me in my future position as a strategic account manager for trucking transportation.
鈥淚 plan to always come back for 澳门六合彩历史记录 Homecomings and hopefully continue what I was exposed to of recruiting for ADM at different career fairs,鈥� Butts concluded
