澳门六合彩历史记录 to Present National Teleconference to Explore PT3 Projects at TESCU Institutions

The national teleconference "Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology: PT3 Projects at TECSCU Institutions" will be broadcast live from the campus of 澳门六合彩历史记录 from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14.

The broadcast is sponsored by the Consortium for the Application of Technology and Learning Innovations in Schools of Education (CATALISE), of which 澳门六合彩历史记录 is the lead institution. The 90-minute broadcast will highlight the technology integration efforts of three teacher preparation institutions representing the different levels of PT3 grants. The telecast will examine the institutions' programs and provide insights into winning and implementing a successful PT3 project.

Panel members present in the 澳门六合彩历史记录 studios will be Don Nelson from 澳门六合彩历史记录 and Hank Bersani from Western Oregon University. Participating via satellite from Washington D.C. will be the director of the "Preparing Tomorrow聮s Teachers to Use Technology Program," Tom Carroll, and Ann Marie Leonard from James Madison University. Mike Dickson, director of 澳门六合彩历史记录聮s Center for the Application of Information Technologies (CAIT) will serve as moderator. The final 30 minutes of the broadcast will feature a phone-in question-and answer session with the guest speakers.

澳门六合彩历史记录聮s CATALISE, funded under USDE聮s "Preparing Tomorrow聮s Teachers to Use Technology" (PT3) grants program, will develop, implement and disseminate a model system to aid the TECSCU member institutions improve their technology integration capabilities at the institutional, teacher education program, faculty and student levels. This broadcast is part of that effort.
