- Description: ROTC Cadets from eight Illinois universities will compete in the ROTC Ranger Challenge Competition. This competition is a challenging, team oriented event that requires teams of cadets to complete physical challenges and Soldier tasks to enhance their leader development and boost esprit de corps.
