University Surveys
The Office of Assessment, Accreditation & Strategic Planning supports, provides consultation for, and helps administer surveys relevant to assessment, evaluation, retention, and the effectiveness and efficiency of university operations.
For all other surveys, including faculty and staff research, you can utilize your college鈥檚 or department鈥檚 SurveyMonkey tool or your individual Google Forms tool. Alternatively, you can request access to one of the 澳门六合彩历史记录 Qualtrics licenses. This will be a shared license.聽
If you need to ensure secure collection of sensitive data, you can build your survey using the shared license, then contact the Qualtrics Administrator (aasp@wiu.edu), who will copy your survey to a secure account and send you the link for distribution.聽 Once the survey period has ended, you will need to contact the Qualtrics Administrator again to request a copy of the survey results.
If you would like your survey sent directly to a specific population within 澳门六合彩历史记录 (for example, all students aged 18 and over, or all civil service employees), please submit your request, including email content and survey link, to the . Announcement system access is restricted to on-campus or VPN-connected computers (instructions for accessing the Announcement system via VPN can be found here). If your survey is subject to IRB oversight, you will also need to email documentation of IRB approval to Provost@wiu.edu 聽Once your Announcement request is approved, AIMS will send the survey email for you.聽聽

Currently 澳门六合彩历史记录 surveys undergraduate students biannually with the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). 澳门六合彩历史记录 also surveys students on the Quad Cities Campus each fall. The University conducts surveys of alumni one, five, and nine years after graduation.
