The Union Service Center is a one-stop shop for a multitude of services.  The Service Center provides check cashing services for students, faculty, and staff of the University. The daily cashing limits per person is $100 for personal checks, $300 for money orders, payroll checks up to $300 and °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ refund checks up to $300.  There is a $1 check cashing fee for personal checks, payroll checks and money orders.  °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ refund checks are cashed free of charge.  Any student/faculty/staff cashing a check must present a valid °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ identification card that will be used with Validine to record the $1 check cashing fee.
The Union Service Center coordinates the operations and reservations of the on-site hotel.  In addition, °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ ID Services are housed at the Union Service Center.

The University Union Hotel provides accommodations meeting various needs of the University campus and the community. 27 guest rooms and two suites are available to provide overnight accommodations. Call the Union Service Center for rates and reservations.

Scheduling and Event Services in the University Union schedules events in the Union, Western Hall, as well as all outdoor events. The events range from daily meetings and activities to conferences, wedding receptions, and banquets. The office works closely with many campus departments to ensure that each event showcases the campus of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼.

The University Union Bookstore sells textbooks, accessories, a complete line of office and art supplies, °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ souvenirs and gifts, electronic equipment and apparel. The Bookstore is the only location to get the official graduation attire.
- Returns - Textbooks
Course books may be returned for a full refund the first 10 days of the Fall or Spring semesters or the first 5 days of most summer courses if the purchaser has the original receipt and the product is in the purchased condition.
- Returns - Merchandise
Receipt or online packing list is required for all refunds. Credit card transactions will only be credited back toward the card used for the original transaction. Merchandise must be returned in original sales condition: Clothing must be in resalable condition. ( No stains, No make-up, No animal hair). Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
- Textbook Orders
All textbook information for °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ courses must be submitted to the University Union Bookstore by the appropriate faculty. A request for textbook information will be emailed for each semester and will include a deadline.
- Buyback
A textbook buyback will be conducted during Finals week of Spring and Fall semesters. Cash is paid for most textbooks.

The Food Court includes the following dining areas:
- Chick-fil-A - Â "Home of the original chicken sandwich" this Chick-fil-A Express features the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Nuggets, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, side salads and wraps as well as waffle fries, fruit cups and tasty desserts to indulge your sweet tooth.
- The Daily Drool -  Western's Daily Drool and We Proudly Serve Starbucks have teamed up in the Union to provide you a range of premium food and beverages to our campus. Harnessing the unique brand values that defines ‘Starbucks’, the mission is filled through delivery of a beverage experience that consumers have come to know and love. With The Daily Drool’s food and We Proudly Serve Starbucks Coffee, you can elevate your food and beverage offerings, all while delivering the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ and Starbucks missions.
- Qdoba -  With more than 700+ locations in 47 states, Qdoba’s footprint and loyal fan base are some of the reasons they are a leading brand in the Mexican fast-casual restaurant space. Our menu includes classics like tacos, burritos, and nachos, as well as seasonal options like mango salsa. We freshly prepare our delicious food in-house, grilling, slicing, dicing, spicing, smashing, braising, and sautéing every single day. Spanning a variety of ingredients, we appeal to a broad range of demographics.
- One Stop Rocky Shop: Â The One Stop Rocky Shop offers a wide variety of snacks and beverages including premade sandwiches, salads and parfaits. From ice cream pints, frozen entrees, or grocery staples, you can find it here. Laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo and batteries are just a few of the items you will find in our Sundry department. The One Stop Rocky Shop is the epitome of convenience!

Food Service in the University Union shall be exclusively provided and administered by Sodexo Campus Services. Reservations may be made with Sodexo Campus Services, located on the first floor, northwest corner, of the University Union.
The final number attending the food service event must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance. The charge for meals is based on this guaranteed number. Prices quoted are exclusive of sales tax. Gratuities are not expected.

Located centrally on campus in the lower level of the University Union, The 'Neck is one of the best places on campus to hang out with friends. Spend time between classes, whether you're meeting friends or looking for new ones. The 'Neck is open daily with opportunities for anyone looking to relax, play a game, study or even watch TV.
The 'Neck has a pool table, Nintendo Switch video consoles and large TV's throughout the space. With plenty of seating for everyone, our perfectly stress-free environment is a go-to destination for anyone spending time on °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼'s campus.Â
