Spring 2021 Case Writer: Marianne Boruch
Marianne Boruch’s 10th poetry collection is The Anti-Grief (Copper Canyon Press, 2019). Her Bestiary Dark, due out from CCP this coming October, is based on her research as a recent Fulbright Scholar in Australia, where she observed that continent’s astonishing wildlife. Her prose includes three essay collections about poetry, and a memoir, The Glimpse Traveler (Indiana, 2011). A former Guggenheim and National Endowment for the Arts Fellow, she’s also been an Artist-in-Residence at two National Parks, Denali and Isle Royale. Gone rogue and emeritus from Purdue University in 2016, she continues to be on faculty at the Graduate Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College.
