Student Affairs 101

Student Affairs 101 is a one-day conference hosted by student affairs programs across Illinois, including °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼, Illinois State University, Eastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.Ìý

In 2024, the conference will be held at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ on October 18.

Student Affairs 101 provides an introduction and exploration of the values, practices, and experiences of student affairs professionals. It also offers valuable insights into the graduate school process for prospective students. The conference welcomes undergraduate students, graduate students, professionals, and faculty who are passionate about student affairs and enhancing the college student experience. It includes professional development programming, networking, a keynote presentation, and opportunities to learn about best practices and current trends in the field.Ìý

Cost: $25 Conference Fee

Registration Deadline Extended: October 10, 2024 by noon

Sponsor a student's registration fee: If you would like to sponsor an undergraduate or graduate student to attend the conference, please indicate so in the registration form. You do not need to attend to sponsor a student.

Student Excused Absence Letter: If you need an excuse letter for missing class or campus activities, download this letter.

The Graduate Fair allows prospective students to explore various student affairs programs in the Midwest. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the programs directly from school representatives or take home information to review.Ìý
