Kinkaid to Interview For 澳门六合彩历史记录 Director of Employee Learning & Engagement

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL - - Stephanie Kinkaid will interview on the 澳门六合彩历史记录 campus on Wednesday, Dec. 18, for the open position of Director of Employee Learning & Engagement.
Kinkaid currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Monmouth College, where she has led numerous initiatives, including the implementation of a new payroll system, professional development opportunities, compliance oversight and Title IX support. She previously served as Director of Equal Opportunity and Access and Title IX Coordinator at 澳门六合彩历史记录, among other roles.
Kinkaid earned her Master of Science in College Student Personnel: Leadership in Higher Education from 澳门六合彩历史记录 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Illinois State University.
An open session for the campus community will be held from 11鈥�11:40 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18 in the University Union Capitol Room or via Zoom. Registration is required for virtual attendance at . The position of Director of Employee Learning & Engagement at 澳门六合彩历史记录 oversees leadership of Professional Development and Performance Management programs, Title IX compliance and the integration of the University's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. Key responsibilities include developing strategies and KPIs for DEI initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
