June 7, 2006
MACOMB, IL – The Civil Service Employees Council (CSEC) at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ is pleased to announce that Jane Sprinkle, a building service worker, was selected as the June Civil Service Employee of the Month.
Sprinkle was commended by her nominators for her “outstanding professionalism and workmanship.”
“She not only goes above and beyond the ordinary duties involved in her position, but will often go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that her work is the best that it can be. She not only went the second mile, if you needed the one after that, she would do that also,” her nominators added.
Sprinkle, who is currently assigned to Browne Hall, began working at Western in 2000 as a building service worker.
“We wish to extend our congratulations to Jane on doing an excellent job and for being a part of making °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ the most excellent place it can be for students, faculty and staff,” said Katharine D. Barrett, CSEC public relations officer.
