°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ Board to Consider Residence Hall Improvements at March 2 Meeting

MACOMB, IL -- The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ Board of
Trustees will consider bids for two building improvement projects
at Bayliss and Henninger residence halls at its Friday, March 2
meeting in the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ University Union Capitol Rooms.
The Board will begin with a finance committee meeting at
8:30 a.m., followed by the academic and student services
committee meeting. The regular meeting of the Board will convene
at the conclusion of the committee sessions at approximately noon
with an executive session in accordance with the provisions of
the Open Meetings Act. The open meeting will resume following the
executive session.
The Board will review bids for the replacement of the
original fan coil units in Bayliss/Henninger student rooms and
the horizontal piping to the units. Bids will also be reviewed
for the renovation of the food service area for the two halls.
Reports on grant funds, utilities, affirmative action,
bonding, study abroad, graduate education and North Central
Accreditation are also included on the agenda.
