About Program
General:听Study at Kansai Gaidai University, located in the city of Hirakata (population 405,000),听midway between Osaka, Japan鈥檚 second largest industrial metropolis, and Kyoto, Japan鈥檚听ancient capital.
Semester Programs:听Students can participate in a semester or academic year exchange at Kansai Gaidai where they will have oppor tunities to take coursework in English in a variety of disciplines. Students are encouraged to take Japanese language courses and can choose to focus solely on Japanese language during their time abroad.
Housing and Meals:听Students can choose from two types of housing: homestay or听dormitory. Homestay participation is strongly encouraged because it provides excellent听opportunity to acquire and enhance knowledge about Japanese language and听culture.听听More information on housing and meal options can be found on the .
