School of Ag Greenhouse

Phase 2

Ground was broken on July 26, 2016 for Phase 2 of the greenhouse project in the School of Agriculture. This will add one additional greenhouse bay to support both faculty and student research. It will also have new LED lights to open more opportunities for both faculty and students to study plant and light interactions. The project should be completed by early November.

Open House & Ribbon Cutting

Construction

Construction crews broke ground July 8, 2014 for the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ School of Agriculture's greenhouse project. According to School of Agriculture Director Andy Baker, in the initial phase, two 16 ft. x 48 ft. greenhouses (with a connecting hallway) are being built near the University's Livestock Center, located north of campus, just south of the Harry Mussatto Golf Course's parking lot.
