PAUL AND KATHRYN BOBZIN SCHOLARSHIP
One Scholarship ($1,000) is available to a full-time business major with at lease 90 semester hours by the end of the Spring semester of application. Demonstrated outstanding contributions to the field of business and technology on campus and/or in the community. Minimum GPA of 3.5.
MARIGALE MURRAY BRIGGS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Two scholarships are available to an undergraduate business major with a minimum of 90 hours by the end of the current Spring semester. Preference is given to applicants that can document involvement in university activities and/or community activities and high academic standards.
CBT DISTINGUISHED ALUMNUS SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($2000) is available to a business or technology major with 60 hours earned by the end of the current Spring semester. Minimum GPA of 3.5. Given in honor of John Distefano, CBT's 2015 Distinguished Alum.
COUNTRY FINANCIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Two scholarship ($2000 each) is available to a student who is majoring in finance and will have completed 60 hours by the end of the current Spring semester. Minimum 3.00 GPA is required overall and within the major. Preference will be given to those involved in college and/or university activities.
DR. JACK P. DANIELS SCHOLARSHIP
Four scholarships ($1000 each) are available to full-time business and technology majors who will have completed 60 hours by the end of the current Spring semester. Minimum GPA of 2.75 is required. Preference given to veterans, management majors and to applicants who are employed while attending °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
ALBERT EADS SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($750) is available to a student majoring in business who will have completed 90 hours by the end of the current Spring semester. Minimum GPA of 3.5 is required.
WILLIAM EPPERLY SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($1500) available to a junior or senior marketing major. Minimum GPA of 3.5 is required. Preference given to those who have a demonstration of leadership and service to the campus and community. First time applicants must submit a single page essay addressing the topic "Why is an understanding of consumer behavior necessary when designing modern marketing strategies?"
EXCELLENCE IN BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY SCHOLARSHIPS
Ten scholarships ($2000 each) are available to business and technology majors who will have 90 hours earned by the end of the current Spring semester. Minimum GPA of 3.5 is required. Preference is given to those who have demonstrated outstanding contributions to the field of business and technology on campus or in a community.
MAX E. HOWE AND MADGE P. HOWE-COOPER SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($1000) is available to a full-time business or technology major who is carrying a 3.00 GPA at the end of the previous Fall semester. Preference is given to high school graduates of Fulton, Brown or McDonough counties who have demonstrated a record of volunteerism in school, church, or community. May be an incoming freshman, transfer or existing student.
G. ALLAN LAFLIN BUSINESS SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($750) is available to a full-time business major who will have earned 60-90 hours by the end of the current Spring semester with the last 30 hours having been in residence at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼. Minimum of a 3.00 GPA and demonstration of university activities and accomplishments.
DAVID AND GRETCHEN MILLER SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($1000) is available to a full-time business major who will have earned 60 hours by the end of the current Spring semester. Minimum GPA of 3.25 is required. Preference is given to those who have demonstrated leadership involvement in extra-curricular activities.
LARRY AND BRENDA MILLER SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($1750) is available to a full-time accounting or finance major who will have earned 60 hours by the end of the current Spring semester. Must have graduated from an Illinois high school located south of I-80 or from the Illinois Math and Science Academy. Minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
ROBERT L. NARDELLI STUDENT ATHLETE SCHOLARSHIP
A fulltime junior or senior student athlete majoring in the College of Business and Technology. Qualified graduates must have a cumulative grade point average at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ of at least a 2.5. The scholarships will be $5000 for the upcoming school year. Qualified student athletes will be notified by mail at their school address.
JERRY PURDUM SCHOLARSHIP FOR BUSINESS
One scholarship ($2000) is available to a full-time business major. Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Participate in student activities, community service, and academic affairs. Preference is given to those who participate in student activities, community service, and academic affairs.
SHARON K.S. AND DONALD J. TOMNITZ SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($5000) is available to a full-time business major and a U.S. veteran. Preference is given to those who demonstrate a record of volunteerism in school, church or community activities. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
DR. LEWIS WALL SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship ($2250) is available to a student majoring in Information Systems or Management and will have completed 60 hours by the end of the current Spring semester. Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Preference is given to those who demonstrate academic excellence and involvement in activities in the Information Systems or Management major.
