Bill Bradshaw Memorial Scholarship Fund
Criteria
- Must be a journalism/print media major
- Junior standing with at least 60 semester hours completed at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼.
- Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the circulation area of either the Quincy Herald Whig or the LaHarpe Quill which includes the counties of Adams, Pike, Hancock, Schuyler, McDonough, Brown, Calhoun, Henderson, and Warren in Illinois and Lee and Des Moines in Iowa and Marion, Clark, Lewis, Pike, Schuyler, Morgan, Ralls, Adair, Macon, Scotland, Monroe, Shelby, and Know in Missouri. If no applicants are available from the preferred counties, other Illinois residents who meet the other criteria may be awarded the scholarship.
Terms
- This scholarship is valued at $1000.00 and will be awarded in two payments: fall and spring semester.
Selection Process
- The recipient will be chosen by the Department of Broadcasting and Journalism scholarship selection committee.
- Selection will be made by September.

Application Process
- The applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation from Print Media/Journalism faculty.
- Include Broadcasting or Journalism major GPA
- Applications should be submitted to the Department of Broadcasting and Journalism.
