Honor With Books

GRADUATIONS, BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES, RETIREMENTS...

The University Libraries invites you to honor someone or make a memorial gift by purchasing a bookplate for a new book in the University Libraries. Not only will such a gift honor a special person, but it will benefit future generations of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ of students and faculty by building the University Libraries' collections.

A gift of $50 will allow a book to be plated in a subject area of your choice. Both donors and those honored will be notified of the book purchased. The book will be plated and the University Libraries online catalog record for that book will include a note recognizing both donor and recipient.

Honor with Books is a rewarding and lasting way to honor a loved one or commemorate an important occasion while providing a new book for the University Libraries. To submit your Honor with Books information online, proceed to http://www.wiu.edu/givingonline/ and complete the form (specify Honor with Books in the gift information section and include the address of the honoree, preferred subject of the book and how you would like the in memory/in honor name to appear in the comments section). For more information, call Dean Michael Lorenzen at (309) 298-2762.
