Autogenics -Ìý´¡Ìýrelaxation techniqueÌýdeveloped by theÌýGermanÌý±è²õ²â³¦³ó¾±²¹³Ù°ù¾±²õ³ÙÌýJohannes Heinrich SchultzÌýand first published in 1932. Each session can be practiced in a position chosen amongst a set of recommended postures (for example, lying down, sitting meditation, sitting like a rag doll). The technique can be used to alleviate manyÌýstress-¾±²Ô»å³Ü³¦±ð»åÌý disorders.
