(Western Online Virtual Assistant)

In Western Online (D2L) we now have a virtual assistant to help with all things Western Online, click Get Help in the bottom right corner of Western Online to get help now!

To better support 澳门六合彩历史记录 students, faculty, and staff 澳门六合彩历史记录 has contracted an agreement with D2L鈥檚 End User Support services, marking the first time in 澳门六合彩历史记录鈥檚 history that End User Support for Western Online will be available 24/7/365 to all users!听

Now that the Western Online Virtual Assistant has been loaded, all users are expected to use the Virtual Assistant as their听 first point of contact for how-to, and technical questions regarding Western Online. If questions cannot be answered by the Virtual Assistant they will be directed to the appropriate office at 澳门六合彩历史记录.

If Western Online is down (you cannot access it or log into it) you should contact University Technology Support at support@wiu.edu.
