Announcing the Alumni Directory Project

emailGreetings! I am pleased to announce the partnership between the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ Alumni Association and our Office of Alumni Relations once again with PCI, based out of Texas, on the 2024 °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ Alumni Directory Project.

°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ graduates will be contacted over the next six months via postcard and email by PCI asking for their participation in the upcoming alumni directory. The project will provide important updates to our database in order to better serve our alumni, to allow for more improved communication and engagement and to enhance the University's national rankings.

We've assembled the information we currently have on file and now ask °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ graduates to confirm the accuracy and fill in any information gaps. So many of our graduates have been engaged with Western over the years, but there may be some individual information missing that would help us provide better opportunities for our graduates to remain active with their alma mater. We always appreciate knowing where our alumni live and work, and we are also interested in knowing about their successes so we can share them with our students, and so we can find ways to communicate better with our alumni."

During the verification process, graduates will have the opportunity to confirm their data and provide any additional information that may be missing. They will also be given the options of purchasing a printed or digital directory and °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ merchandise, with no obligation to purchase either, as our primary goal is to verify our records so that our graduates will continue to receive alumni communications.

The complete news release regarding the directory project may be found on the University's website here.Ìý

Please call the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ Alumni Association Hotline sent to you via postcard (with a TX postmark) and/or email to verify your data. If you have specific questions about the project, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page here, feel free to contact the customer service helpdesk at (800) 982-1590, email customerservice@publishingconcepts.com or contact us directly at (309) 298-1914 or A-Association@wiu.edu.

If you recently verified your alumni data, thank you for your assistance.ÌýIt's a great day to be a Leatherneck!
