Transcript Request
Only completed coursework will appear on your transcript. If you need proof of registration or current enrollment, please request anÌýEnrollment Verification.
°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ transcripts for current or former students are provided upon receipt of a written request signed by the student or by submission of an online transcript request.ÌýTelephone requests are not accepted. If you have an encumbrance, your transcript may not be released.

Login to STARS and select "Transcript Request" from the "Academic" menu. Expedited services, including electronic (secure PDF) delivery and Fed Ex shipping, are available for an additional charge. Costs for Expedited Services are provided below. Expedited orders are typically processed same business day.

Students who do not have access to STARS may order expedited transcripts online through our vendor, Parchment, for an additional charge. Students who began attending Fall 1983 or prior may require additional time for processing. Fed Ex shipping options are available for all students. Costs for Expedited Services are provided below. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. An electronic handwritten signature will be required to complete your order.Ìý
ÌýFORMER STUDENTS - STANDARD MAILED TRANSCRIPTS
Students who are unable to order transcripts online, or who do not need expedited services, may print and return our Transcript Request Form. This form is for transcripts mailed first-class through the United States Postal Service. There is no charge for mailed transcripts. Tracking is not available. Allow 2-5 business days for processing.

Sending Someone to Pick Up Your Transcript
If you will be sending someone to the Office of the Registrar to pick up your transcript, you must fill out the transcript request form and email it to R-Office@wiu.edu or fax it to 309-298-2787 with the details regarding who will be picking up your transcript. Instruct your friend/family member to bring their own photo ID with them when they arrive or the transcript will not be released. If you have an encumbrance, your transcript may not be released.
Requesting Official Name Change
Persons who wish to change their first, middle or last names on their transcripts must complete a name change correction form and provide copies of required legal documentation:
