Joey is a graduate assistant in the College Student Personnel Office at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼, where she is also pursuing her master's degree in CSP. She graduated from °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement & Justice Administration and Forensic Psychology. After a year studying Adult and Community Education at Ball State University, Joey returned to °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ to gain a more hands-on experience in student affairs. She has a special interest in student leadership development, recruitment, and retention.
As an undergraduate, Joey was highly involved in campus life. She served as president of Alpha Sigma Alpha and was a leader in Greek honors societies Order of Omega and Rho Lambda. She also held the position of recruitment officer for Lambda Alpha Epsilon. In addition to her academic and assistantship responsibilities, Joey manages Forgottonia Brewing in Macomb. She loves visiting family and friends in Chicago and enjoys spending time with her two beagle puppies.
