Sport Clubs
Campus Recreation assists in the coordination of an extensive Sport Clubs area that provides students with the opportunity to compete against other colleges and universities in leagues, tournaments, and matches. Sport Clubs also offers the opportunity for personal skill development and experiential learning among peers.
Each club must first become a registered Student Organization with the Office of Student Engagement prior to achieving sport club status.

Frequently Used Forms
- Club Member Waiver (pdf) - every member of your club needs this submitted to our office
- - complete form when your club wants to use any of your allocated CSAF funding
- - steps on how to get approval to use P-Card and checks in advance for hotel and tournament fees.
- Mandatory Travel Form (pdf) - must be turned into our offices 48 hours before your club travels
- Privately Owned Vehicle (pdf) - required for anyone driving for your club and required to be reimbursed for gas
- - please fill out and submit with receipts for expenditures that have been approved and you want to be reimbursed for (gas, hotels, etc.)
